We provide live online tutoring instruction services, delivered via 1-on-1 or small group video sessions ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Services:

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/legal guardian's consent if under 18.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Services Description

ETALK GLOBAL LTD offers live, interactive online lessons, which may include:

  • One-on-one tutoring sessions;
  • Mini-group classes (with a limited number of students);
  • Personalized learning plans designed and delivered by professional instructors.

We do not provide pre-recorded courses, downloadable content, or self-paced modules.

4. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings must be made in advance via our platform or scheduling system.
  • Payment is required in full before any session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Pricing may vary by instructor, package, or promotional offers.
  • All payments are processed securely via our payment partner(s). We do not store card data.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full or marked as completed.
  • Instructors may cancel or reschedule due to emergencies or force majeure. In such cases, we will offer alternatives or refunds.

5. Use of Platform

You agree not to:

  • Record, redistribute, or transmit any live sessions without explicit written permission;
  • Harass, abuse, or disrespect instructors or other learners;
  • Use our platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, instructor content, and the platform interface are the property of ETALK GLOBAL LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

7. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience at ETALK GLOBAL LTD. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while protecting the integrity of our service and instructor time.

Credit Refunds

We may offer credit-based refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent the delivery of a scheduled live session;
  • Instructor no-shows or verified disruptions caused by our platform.

Cash Refunds for Prepaid Sessions

We offer cash refunds for unused prepaid sessions under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase;
  • No sessions from the prepaid package have been used;
  • A 10% administrative fee may be deducted to cover transaction and processing costs;
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

After 14 days, prepaid balances become non-refundable but remain fully usable as service credits for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Additional Conditions

  • We do not provide refunds for missed or canceled sessions without at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our support email.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or violation of our Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETALK GLOBAL LTD is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • Losses resulting from your failure to attend scheduled sessions;
  • Delays caused by internet or platform outages beyond our control.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such handling.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you via email or through our platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you agree to the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
